Excellent service in all aspects. The men who completed the installation were extremely neat, professional, and helpful. They went through the instructions for us both and made sure we understood and were satisfied. They also showed us others products the company even rents on short term basis that we may need to take advantage of in the future. Never did we feel pressured. When you are in the vulnerable position of needing these home alterations, you hope for a compassionate company with which to work. 101 Mobility is such a company.

They were here right when they said. It was just some simple little thing and they were in and out in like five minutes. They were two of them just in case there was something they both needed to do together. They were just in and out in and just very professional and very courteous in the time that they spent. We called for a quote on a stair lift for my mother. They came out to the house on the promised day, and explained our options and costs. They were very professional and courteous. We made our decision and they were out when they promised and installation was completed as stated. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Circumstances beyond my control had left me with a time problem. The lady in the office said she would check to see if they could fit my "soon as possible" request. Within the hour she returned my call and said they would come first thing the next morning. They arrived on time the next day and quickly and efficiently eliminated my problem. This experience was a good one and I will definitely call them again when I need their assistance.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to have two stair lifts removed for movers who were coming in the next two days. I spoke to Susie in the office and she said she would check the schedule to see if they could meet my and quot;soon as possibleand quot; request. Within the hour she called me with the news that they would be here the next morning. They arrived on time the next day and did the work efficiently at a price I found reasonable. I would definetly call them again for future related mobility needs.
