Their quote was reasonable for the work to be performed. The contractors were there when they said they would be there and finished in a reasonable time frame. I have used these contractors in the past and will use them in the future. They are perfectionists and have an eye for detail. They are also some of the cleanist contractors I've used. They clean up after themselves daily.

The quote was about $41,000 for everything. Some of this was my designer fees and her costs to pick up accessory items. I have not had much work done on my house and I have to admit, I had low expectations for my contractors. But, they were great. Each day, they both arrived when they were expected (they even called me once to tell me they would be a half hour late!). Nice guys, very professional. They cleaned up the bathrooms after each day. Chris even asked for a rag so he could clean up a few footprints they noticed they had left in my entryway. There was no dust, dirt, shavings laying around. I was quoted 6 weeks to finish the project. The work would have been done early, but the bathroom tile was delayed in coming in. They came over as soon as the tile arrived and finished up. They hired out some work to keep the project moving along. I had Brian, the cabinet guy, create wonderful cabinets in the master bath and they hired a plumber to do the plumbing work. They worked hand in hand with Diane, my designer, to take care of any issues that came up. Anything I wasn't happy with was taken care of. No problem. Final bill was just what I was expecting.
