Auto Body Work
They ordered parts for the repair based on my phone conversation. After reviewing the problem, found out they only needed half of what they ordered. Fixed the door and returned the rest of the parts. Then when they tried to start my car, found out the battery need to be replaced when it would not start (found out then that the van would give no warning, just would not start when the battery failed). I refused the first quote that was close to twice what I could get at the auto parts store. They then came back with a lower quote, I still refused saying I did not need mopar parts for a battery. They said they would jump start the van and I should not shut off the car until I got home. I went to the parts store and save a lot of money on a repair I was willing to make myself. I am still going to this dealer for repairs I am uncomfortable making.
