They are very personable, very prompt, and very thorough. They have knowledge of hydronics, heating methods like external wood burners as well as of all other heating methods including air exchange units which work as both heating and air conditioning. The technician had installed the heating system in my house which included hydronics from an external wood burner. The crew was punctual, informative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They were willing to go the extra mile for me. FW Zastrow is a longstanding company. I work with Daryl. His father, Fred, who used to head the company before him, still works there. They provide rebates for heating and cooling. They also give us different alternatives and the reasons for them. A lot of heating and cooling companies only do the basic work, but FW Zastrow provides more diverse service and knows what is best for the customer. I have recommended them to my in-laws.
