Ryan responded a couple days later and responded, and I quote, "Well we trimmer per your request so don't feel reliable". I believe it is safe to assume he meant "liable".
Ryan was the "professional" in this field and that is why he was hired. A professional with his own business should know what to prune and what not to depending on time of year, condition or age, not the customer. If that were the case I would have done the work myself.
Unfortunately, I now have to hire another Landscaper to tear out the now dead shrubs, that have been there since 1992, and pay to have new ones put in.
I would not recommend B2B Lawns LLC to do work for you for his lack of knowledge and his inability to accept responsibility for his mistakes.
