FOUND STEVE SCHOFF RESPONSIVE AND INFORMATIVE. I WAS ALREADY SET ON MY CHOICES BUT HE HELPED EXPLAIN DELIVERY AND CULTURAL REQUIREMENTS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND QUICK TO REFUND MONEY WHEN ONE SHRUB WASN'T AVAILABLE.. I BOUGHT PLANTS SIGHT UNSEEN AND THEY WERE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. THIS NURSERY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO LOVES THEIR WORK.

THIS IS THIRD TIME I'VE ORDERED LANDSCAPING MATERIAL FROM MCKAY. ROSALIE HELPED ME WITH A DESIGN FOR SCREENING OUT A 4-STORY APARTMENT BUILDING BEHIND MY HOUSE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR PLANTS HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING, BETTER THAN ANY OTHER NURSERY IN THE TWIN CITIES AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY ARE DELIVERED EITHER BARE ROOT OR BALLED AND BURLAPPED FRESHLY DUG FROM THEIR WISCONSIN FIELDS. THE PLANTS ARE EITHER DELIVERED RIGHT TO FLAG MARKERS IN YOUR YARD OR THEY WILL DIG THE HOLES AND PLANT THEM FOR YOU (ADDITIONAL COST). ROSALIE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND FLEXIBLE TO MEET MY SCHEDULE. SHE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE.
