I gave him a call and I asked him to come out and look at some work that I wanted to have done. It was a project that I was doing. I started it myself and I wanted some help. He gave me some tips and headed out. He wouldn't commit to doing any work. I had him come and I was hoping to have him commit to a few hours of work. He was intentionally avoiding it which was kind of funny. It was like he didn't want to make money. I didn't use his services, but I thought he was very honest about trying to help me as far as giving me the ways of doing it. He didn't give me any quote at all. He offered me some advice and asked me to give him a call when I wanted him to come out again. He came out right away after I called him. I would use him in the future if need be.

He does very good work. My basement flooded, and I trusted him so much that I had him travel down to my Chicago home to do the work. I didn't mind paying the extra in order to have him come down here.

He helped us with plumbing, tiling, linoleum, painting, electrical work, decking, cement work, and helped us with an addition on the house. This guy can do anything and he does it beautifully--he's an absolute perfectionist! He was the only one I would trust to come help with my basement and I knew he would do it without gouging me.
