Josh was on time and worked efficiently. He took time to secure the dangly mess of tubes and pipes we had. He explained how to care for the softener and how to prevent ending up with a solid chunk of salt. He was very easy to talk to and made me comfortable asking questions about our new appliance. I would recommend him to my friends and family and have him install future appliances in our house down the road.

Services were performed on November 19, 2016, He picked out the new toilet and faucet (did not show us any pictures of styles or ask us what kind of toilet or faucet we wanted). He performed the work, was paid and left. Later that afternoon, my husband took a shower and the leak reappeared. Called contractor that afternoon and told him about it. He said he would come back after the holiday. After the Thanksgiving holiday (November 24), not hearing from the contractor we called him on his cell phone on November 28, 2016 and left a message for him to call us back. No call back. On November 30, called both his office and his cell phone and left message to call back. No call back. On December 2, 2016 called him on his cell phone and he answered. Asked him when he was coming back to take care of the leak, he said he would come back on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 7:00 am. Never showed up or called. We have been unable to use the shower in this bathroom due to the un-repaired leak in the wall. Have not called back again as we felt we would just end up leaving messages on his answering service or if we, by any chance, got to talk to him we would just get the same runaround we experienced before.

Josh was friendly and on time. He left his card and was seriously considering him for other work. But then I noticed the drain was draining very slowly. I called them 3 times last week on three consecutive days. Never got so much as a return call. Very poor response and I will be sure to pass that along to Lowes as well.

It went well. It is always a pleasure to have a service provider take on the former inhabitants "creative" handyman alterations as a personal challenge. Josh was accommodating to our schedule and our family dog who felt the need to supervise his activities.

Very good service! Will certainly use again.
