Pete came out next day and replaced toilet with a quality Koehler when a previous plumber put in a cheap no name toilet for the same price. I thought I would need my faucet replaced but Pete was able to fix it by replacing a cartridge of some sort. In this day and age it's hard to find honest repair you can trust and I appreciate pete saving me money.

The cost was reasonable. He didn't call us back real fast. He had some emergency going on, but that was alright. 

He was very professional and did it quick, with no problem. He bought the disposal. I would use him again and I would recommend him. Everything with him was positive. He left the area all cleaned up.

Great and fast.

Showed up with two workers to quickly moved the hot and cold copper water lines to the cabinet of the island and moved and connected drain PVC to the new location. Took my input on how to approach the project and did a great job. Left the area clean. It was a small job and they spent the time to do the job right without unnecessary hurry or delay.

Mr. Perez came as scheduled, had all the parts required for the job and quickly completed the job. I have used both faucets since and they are what was promised. I was very please with the quality of work performed.

When my 2nd floor bathtub faucet began repeatedly dripping, I called Pete to repair it based on my past positive experience with his services when he replaced my sump pump. Pete installed a new spout to fix the problem, I paid him, and thought the issue was resolved, but when my son went to take a shower in that bathroom later that the evening, water literally began pouring out of the recessed lights in my kitchen ceiling, which is immediately below the bathtub Pete had and quot;repairedand quot;.
Pete came back over the weekend to look at it again and determined that the issue was a defective O ring in the spout, so he replaced the spout again and told me he would have his drywall contact, Victor, come out to fix the ceiling. However, after multiple additional calls to Pete to arrange a date/time to fix the kitchen ceiling, Pete hasn't returned a single one of my calls, though he had plenty of time to immediately cash my check. What should have been a straightforward faucet repair is now going to cost me over $1000 in drywall repair, re-texturing and painting of the 15+ square foot damaged portion of the ceiling and Pete is now completely unresponsive and apparently unwilling to fix the damage he caused.
Given Pete's lack of accountability and follow-through when it comes to correcting the damage caused by his work, I can no longer recommend his services.

Pete was prompt and gave detailed explanations for what we needed and why. I was going to change out the bathtub fixtures and he pointed out he could do it cheaper by just changing out the color of the parts you could see. That saved me a lot of labor and money. I would definitely use Pete again.

He responded with in an hour or so traveling 20 mile to do it. He did a great job and as always we felt he was a top notch plumber.

We worked with Pete in deciding what new fixtures to buy. We decided to buy them on our own and he had no trouble with that. He replaced the bathroom sink fixture and the Tub and Shower fixture. He had to cut an access hole in our kitchen wall so he could get at the tub fixture. He then put in a very nice door so we would have future access. He also stopped the leak in our kitchen faucet. Even though he ran into some problems in our old house he overcame them and did the job reasonably.

Absolutely top notch start to finish.

Pete came over when he said he would and got to work right away. He was konwledgable in what needed to be done. I thought my shower tub drain was clogged but he found out that my stopper was messed up and fixed it. He also did a good job of unlcogging the drain in my utility tub. He had to take the trap off which must have been hard because my pipes are old. I was quite pleased with the work and the price.

He came right over so I was happy about that.

When I called them, I didn't think they would call back right away, but they called back on the same day, which was great. So they are extremely responsive. They always come when they say they are going to come. They provide both great work and good customer service.
