We have used them in the past and never had a problem. This time they had our rider mower for 12 days (approx), we got it back and was told it was the air filter. He started cutting the front lawn and again not running. My husband called and explained what was going on and he was treated like he didnt know what he was doing, when the problem was never fixed. Now we have to wait until Wednesday to get it picked up and we have a huge party Saturday, we wont be able to get the grass cut in time. We feel the problem was never solved to begin with.
