"I appreciate your business and review. In my defense. I try my best to be professional but yes I am bit overwhelmed at times. I am running a shop on my own with 2 very small children at home. At the time this job was done, I did have help just not enough. The turn over rate is high because this industry is a tough one for many to work in. Also the comment about my facebook page being littered with pictures of my baby and my baby having gas, was referring to my personal page. It was not on my biz page. I have since changed my privacy settings so the public cannot see my personal pages postings. Besides we are a family owned biz, I just had my first child and love sharing pics of my kids with our customers. Most of our customers love that. On top of all of this, I have no record of you ever being a customer. I do not at all think this rating was completely fair. Thank you"
