Super well. Dan is a licensed electrician and has done other quick fix-its around here too. He's a pleasure to work with and I would definitely call him again.

I was quoted a price for the tv.s, then confirmed the costs for running the cable as well. I have worked with contractors in the past without a contract, just a hand shake. He seemed like a nice guy and price was reasonable since I had received other quotes. So I hired him on the spot with a hand shake. I did not get the quote on paper - BIG Mistake! He finishes the job then gives me a bill for time and materials. No rate was ever discussed and the time worked was inflated by 15hrs. I called him on it and showed him the text messages and guard gate records of his arrival. His itemized bill is incorrect and he stole my old switches as well. I said to him, the only fair thing is to pay for 1) the time at the job,2) the materials used and I even threw in 2 hours of picking up the materials. His answer to over billing even though he has the time records is - pay the bill or I lien your house. Either he comes to his senses and accepts reality and sends a correct invoice or we go to court. What a complete jerk, stay away from this clown!
