They were very good and reasonable. They told me everything they were doing. The price was really reasonable.

Fantastic. Garrett and his crew from Wolf are super clean, courteous, trustworthy, communicative, and professional. It is a pleasure to have them around. When we moved into our house the insurance company said we needed to have all visible knob and tube removed. We hired Garrett to do that AND to find all other knob and tube and replace it. Other electricians scoffed at the idea, but Garrett took the initiative to come up with a solution. When he replaced the main electrical line and meter, he took on the responsibility of communicating with the electric company and the relevant inspectors. He made it very easy on us. We have been more than satisfied with the work, and for a union shop with years of experience, it is worth the price.

Came out when scheduled. Fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself.

They were only out working at our home for an hour per week. The person (1) was an apprentice working by himself, and unsupervised. When the house was inspected the work was rated as substandard. They found about a page and half of things that were wrong and below standard. He resent out another worker that redid the job correctly. The house has been inspected and ok'd by the city.

ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DESCRIBED WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND HE ANSWERED SOME QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT A FEW OTHER PROJECTS.

Otherwise, the work they did was good and I found them to be personable. I didn’t get the wiring redone, but he was able to work with me on the price.

It only took a few days from the time I called until they were on the job, which was nice. The electrician worked fast and cleaned up well, though was late arriving. I had some problems with the billing. The hours billed for didn't quite match the hours logged at our home. The owner took a while getting back to me. I had to call twice, but eventually, we were able to reach a compromise. I don't think I'd use Wolf and Sons again.

The electrician who did the work was excellent and easy to work with. The owner of the company who did the schedulilng and estimating was not respectful of our time waking us up several times by unnecessary very early morning phone calls despite being asked to call later in the morning. Also a detailed breakdown of estimated costs was not provided only a total cost. After the work was completed it was found that some of the outlets did not work and an additional service call was needed.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable.

They were timely and did a good job on the installation. There was a miscommunication regarding the price and it turned out much higher than quoted. We talked extensively to Mike about it but he insisted on the price and we had to pay it. I was very disappointed. I got other quotes and in the end, his was the highest by far. I never would have used them if I knew it was going to be that much money.

Work was done quickly and efficiently.

1/20/06, I plugged in and switched on my hair-dryer. The lights flashed and there was a loud noise. The power went out. There was a very strong smell and I thought that I had started an electrical fire in the walls. I've used Wolf in the past so I called them immediately. Garrett arrived that same morning (within and hour or so) and fixed everything up quickly. Michael Wolf came out a day or so later to check our whole system. Wolf could have taken advantage of my situation by charging a big emergency fee, but instead they were extremely helpful, friendly and fast. I am very grateful.

These guys are super! Starting with the initial call for an estimate Mr. Mike Wolf, the owner worked around our schedule and was extremely professional. The technicians were on time, polite, and most importantly did an exemplary job. We have more electrical work to be done, and it is a good feeling knowing that we have a Company to call back when ready.

THEY WERE PHENOMENAL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE INDIVIDUAL THAT DID THE WORK WAS HERE AT THE EXACT TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. IT ONLY TOOK THE PERSON APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART. THE PERSON WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH THE $10 FOR FUEL SURCHARGE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST. OTHER THAN THAT I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB.

JOB WAS COMPLICATED BECAUSE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD DONE WIRING AND IT WAS IMPROPERLY DONE. JOE AND APPRENTICE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO FIX MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH AS LITTLE WALL DAMAGE AS POSSIBLE.

MIKE WOLF WAS RESPONSIVE AND ATTENTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING. I WAS ACTING AS SUBCONTRACTOR WITH MANY COMPANIES TO FINISH AN ADDITION -- SO UNAWARE OF EVEN WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK AT TIMES. MIKE WAS ACTUALLY THE MOST HELPFUL OF ALL OF THE SERVICES WE DEALT WITH (FIREPLACE, FLOORING, WINDOWS, SURROUND SOUND). HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTIVENESS WERE GREATLY APPRECIATED. BRETT, WHO COMPLETED MOST OF THE WORK, WAS ALSO RESPONSIVE, ATTENTIVE, AND METICULOUS. WE WILL CONTINUE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ELECTRIC WORK IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

THIS IS AN OLDER HOUSE, AND IT HAS BEEN MORE WORK THAN THEY THOUGHT. THEY HAVE BEEN WORKED HARD TO COMPLETE WORK BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THEM. WORKERS WERE POLITE and PROMPT.
