Phil came out within a few days of my call to make sure all the windows opened and operated well. Then when a big storm caused a flood in the basement, he came out the same day in response to my rather frantic call for help. He has helped us clean up quite a few basement floods over the years! He also did a meticulously perfect job painting the exterior of Mom's house a few years ago. Basically, he was a big part of why my mother was able to stay in her own home until she passed away. He was always so responsive, patient and kind with her that I would give him the highest of recommendations. He is also extremely reasonably priced!

PHIL DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND IS VERY NEAT. HE DOES FULL TIME WORK FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS NUMEROUS APARTMENTS; SO YOU NEED TO BE WILLING TO WAIT UNTIL HE CAN DO THE SMALLER HOME MAINTENANCE JOBS. HE IS VERY REASONABLE IN HIS PRICES AND CAN DO ALMOST ANY TYPE OF HOME REPAIR, REMODELING OR CARPENTRY WORK.
