They did an amazing job. I have a '29 bungalow that had an unfinished attic/2nd story. Due to the multiple angles created by the dormers and the siding that had to be cut out to accommodate the windows, I wasn't willing to try to do the framing myself. The problem is that I found it difficult to find a professional crew that was willing to do a residential project. However, Dan Schmidt at Bob Anderson Builders was great from start to finish. He promptly came to do a walk through and gave me a complete estimate, splitting the framing and window portions. They showed up right when they were supposed to and did great, quality work from start to finish. The one issue that occurred was fixed promptly (that day) and with no argument at all from them. They also completely cleaned up their scrap materials. In all they were there maybe 4-5 days. 2-3 to do the actual framing, then they came back to make it "drywall ready" and one to clean up. Cannot recommend them enough and am certain to use them in future remodel projects.
