I would probably call them to do some maintenance things.  I've used them for several years.  They're great.  I don't even have to call them for lawn care; they just come routinely. They know when to come and they know everything.  They have experience in everything they do. You tell them what you want and it's done.  You don't have to hold their hand during the process.  They might be a little bit more than some other places but they do a complete job.  They have all the equipment's.  They can get in and out quicker than somebody else.

The materials we've bought from them and the information they have provided has a always been helpful.

We had a pallet of bricks, and I told him I wanted 300 bricks.  He charged me for 480 bricks.  The estimate was 1600 dollars for some driveway work, and he ended up charging me 2000.00 for that work.  I called my alderman, and he came over with a police deputy and looked at the work.  They tried to get me to pay an extra five hundred bucks for work that I didn’t need and didn’t have done.  At the end of the day, he cut me a new bill according to estimate, and I sent him a check for the correct amount.  They had done work for me before, and it was spot-on-estimate, and I was very pleased with the work.  I was very disappointed about this second experience.

We planted the tree last spring.  It appeared like it was going to be ok but wilted and died last summer.  We took the tree back to C&C today April 11, 2012, expecting they would replace it.  They said that was not their policy!  At first they denied they even sold fruit trees last year!  Finally they said yes they had sold out the last of their fruit trees last year.  
In addition they were rude!  So much for buying from the local company.  Even the big box stores guarantee  trees for one year.   I would not buy from this place again!
