They seem to have one guy dedicated to smaller jobs. He knows what he's doing but there were minor issues after he left. I would hire again but have another first choice.

It was fixed promptly. He didn't have the faucet head that worked for mine so he put on a temporary fix, told me to use it carefully and returned in a couple of days when the part came in.

The employee that came out to give us an estimate was punctual and professional. We got 4 estimates and Sheldon Plumbing was the best by a significant margin. We set up an appointment to have the work done and the two people that did the installation were right on time. They were courteous and efficient. We had just had gas plumbed to our home and needed the pipe run into the house and to various locations that would have gas appliances in the future. They did a great job fitting the plumbing into the existing space. We will be using Sheldon Plumbing for any future needs we have.

Corey phoned ahead and arrived ahead of scheduled appt., which was great.
After looking at the hot water heater and asking me a few questions, he felt he knew what the problem could be. He replaced and tested cartridges and we now have hot water again.
He did not jump to the conclusion we immediately needed a new water heater but opted the route of doing some simple troubleshooting.
Through Corey's honesty and efficient troubleshooting, he saved me a good deal of money which is needed for other household repairs currently. He went the extra mile.

We dealt with 3 or 4 people from Sheldon Plumbing. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout the process. We had the main gas line plumbed (retrofitted) into our (existing) home as well as lines run for a future dryer and range. Their estimate was significantly less ($1000 compared to $2300 and $2600 from competitors) and more detailed. Upon completion, the actual cost of the project was spot on, 1 cent higher than the estimate. We will definitely be using Sheldon Plumbing for future projects as well as any (I hope none) emergencies we may have in the future.

The day after we discovered our water heater wasn't working, I called Sheldon Plumbing at 8am. They were very polite and told me Korey could make it at 1pm. He actually came at 11am because he had a free moment in his schedule, and was able to begin the water heater draining process and come back at 1pm to replace the coils. Saved time! He wore boot covers in the house, was very polite, and even gave me tips on how to prevent the same problem in the future! Korey gave me an accurate estimate of costs before he left, and the invoice came in the mail a few days later. Perfectly excellent service, and I will definitely use Sheldon Plumbing again!

This was a minor repair job and as usual it was done in a friendly and efficient manner.
I have used Sheldon plumbing for many jobs since 2005 when we remodeled our bathroom and then in 2007 when we remodeled our kitchen. They are truly the best plumbing outfit I have ever dealt with. Mike Sheldon, Chad and all the guys are knowledgeable and friendly and communicate well on issues and are creative problem solvers. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent.
When we remodeled the bath and kitchen we purchased our fixtures from other sources and Mike was very agreeable to installing what we had purchased. Many plumbers won't do this work unless they sell you the fixtures.
Mike and his crew seem to enjoy their work and take pride in a job well done. I never like having to call a plumber but when I do I call Sheldon and I've never been disappointed.

The price was higher than it could of been because unexpected issues kept arising. They ended up coming out about 3 or 4 times. We tried to fix the issue without digging up the concrete, but ultimately we had to go that route. I was pleased with everyone at the company. The owner, Mike, was very responsive and called us back quickly. As the plumber discovered things as he was going, he was in communication with the shop and they were all concerned with fixing the problem as inexpensively as possible. We liked their service and have already accepted their bid to do the plumbing on our kitchen remodel.
