All was well at first. Then, the drain started backing up again. Finally, I called them back and found out that it was just past the 90-day guarantee. I asked if they would stand behind their work, they were pretty rude and finally hung up. Admittedly, although I was quiet calm and professional, I did express my displeasure. I pointed out that I didn't think they had addressed the root problem initially, and I expected them to stand behind their work. I said that I guess I'd have to call someone else and write of my disappointment in their service. That's when he hung up. when I called back, he basically said he had plenty of customers and didn't need me. So, you can take from that what you will. They didn't fix the problem, and they feel they don't need to treat their customers well if the problem persists.

Came home from work and noticed that our toilets wouldn't flush and water started backing up in the tub. Called after hours and left a message. Keith returned my call within 10 minutes and was at the house within half an hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and fixed our problem quickly. Would absolutely hire again should the need arise.

I called Rocket Rooter, Keith responded immediately, he said he'd be at my house in an hour, and he arrived in 40 minutes. Keith is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I'll definitely call him if the waters rise again -- highly recommended!

Keith came quickly and was highly responsive. Complicated task, worked hard to completion. Don't be alarmed by the cost. Our job was more much involved than would normally be expected and required several hours and use of the 'water cannon.'

While doing laundry, we noticed that the top of the dryer was beginning to rust.  One day we discovered why when a torrential downpour occurred inside the basement.  We traced the leak to the second story bathroom and specifically the blender for the shower head.  Keith came by explaining he didn't have the time to repair it at that moment but found the fixture to be virtually antique and recommended a replacement and where we could locate it and stated he would return the next day and do the full repair.  Sure enough the next day he returned and performed the task cutting out and replacing the blender, shower head and faucet.  The amazing thing was that apparently we had been having pressure issues with that shower since moving in five years before and attributed it to an old house.  After the blender replacement, the pressure was like everyone else has and was no longer a trickle we had to run around under to get wet.  Great Great Job!

Showed up basically a half hour after I called him.  Keith took care of the problem with minimal disruption of anything.  We had bigger septic issues that we resolved the following week when company had left.

A broken piece of this pipe was blocking all water flow out of the house. The tech. used a drill bit at the end of a drain snake to cut through this piece of pipe and restore drainage. He explained that this was just a temporary fix; the pipe would eventually need to be dug up and replaced. I acknowledged this, and thanked him for getting the drain flowing again, until I can have the repair done.

Arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Unclogged the drain in 10 minutes

Had our drain back up right before the weekend with friends coming in to town. Rocket Rooter came late in the day and took care of the problem and even educated us on why it happened and how to prevent it in the future.
