I have a contract with them. I've been using them for over 20 years. I like that they call me to set up the appointment in the spring and fall. I've had a couple of problems that they've checked out. I don't know what other prices are but I think their prices are good. I've never checked anybody else.

I wasn't here one time when the furnace quite working. A friend of mine was checking the house. and it was really cold inside. He called them and they were here within a half hour to fix it.

I first learned of them when my kitchen contractor used them for duct work involved with moving heat/ac ducts and installing a high velocity exhaust fan. They were very good doing high quality work and being tidy workmen.
I decided I wanted a wifi thermostat and didn't want to try installing it myself. When I spoke with them, they could get me a Honeywell Professional version (with a 5 year warranty)  for about the same price as the consumer one on Amazon with its 1 year warranty.
I thought they would need a jumper kit due to wiring in my condo not having enough wires to the thermostat for a wifi one. They worked and initially used one but along the way found there were enough wires however they seemed not to function properly. The installer called for help which arrived promptly and they located where it needed a connection which had not been done when the system was originally installed.
The end result is a very well done job with full functionality. The installer was meticulous to wear booties and clean up any mess they made.
It is rare that a vendor does so well by me on multiple visits for very different types of work. They are definitely my "go to" firm for HVAC.

It took 4 hours to install. They came back on Monday to finish the job. It is working fine.

They showed up on time and seven hours later it was done. If i ever need this kind of help again, they would be the first ones I would call.
