I had gotten estimates for the parts I was told I would need, all of which were non returnable, that ranged from $1800.00 for Acura parts, to $400.00 for after market parts from the internet.  Wayne inspected the area of the problem and said all he could find was a small section of pipe that had a couple of holes in it and that he could fix it for $80.00.  Wow, I was stunned.  He made the repairs and once again I have a quiet car.  This is a great shop, run by honest hard working guys, I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended Max Muffler a couple of years ago and we have been going back ever since. They aren't the fanciest shop around, but they are well worth the short drive out of town to have work done. They are consistently cheaper than the other shops and perform great work. I'm proud to support this business. Zimbrick wanted to replace my entire muffler for $800 and Max Muffler replaced the faulty joint for around $60. that was 1 1/2 years ago and it's still as quiet as can be. Smart wanted to replace our entire sliding door lock on our mini-van, these guys put some new screws in the locking mechanism (it had fallen out of place from slamming the door shut) and didn't charge - they were just concerned for our kids' safety! I could go on and on - they have saved us a lot of money and frustration over the last couple of years. They are fast, inexpensive, and really nice guys who know cars. I can't say enough good things about them. Keep up the good work.

While you won't wait in a plush customer lounge, stocked with warm cookies and free coffee (which your invoice is helping to pay for), you will get mechanics who know how to fix late model cars at a price that is reasonable.  The estimated time from start to finish was accurate. While waiting I had the opportunity to get to know the owner.  You won't get that in too places.
