Coons Construction

This project went very well. We have been very happy with Jim and the work that he did. The deck is bomb-proof - very well built and he finished it beautifully. The construction is of high quality. Jim did much of the work himself. He was very pleasant to work with and responsive when we had questions. He was helpful when we had to make critical decisions. Our landscape contractor who we had originally contacted for the project was not able to do the deck rebuild as it was a complete tear-down and had an elevated section. He had worked with Jim previously and arranged for him to do the work. Jim came in right on budget with only a slight increase as we had opted for some additional finishing to be done in the course of the project. He was prompt and courteous. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend Coons construction without reservation. We will certainly call him first if we have any additional building needs in the future.
