Complete Auto Glass

Despite explaining that I should be prioritized below anyone with an emergency or urgency, Complete Auto Glass came out the next day, right on schedule, and replaced my windshield in seemingly no time. They cleaned the broken glass and whole work area, and thoroughly explained what to do and expect as the adhesive cured. Very positive experience, would recommend. Also cost less that I expected.

Literally perfect. Prompt, courteous communication; high quality work. I nominate them for the gold star or whatever the applicable category is.

It did not take long to repair which was nice.

When I called to get a quote, they gave me their bottom line right away. This is the second windshield that they replaced for me. The first time, they also gave me their bottom line price. At that time I had also called a large national chain whose ads are on TV. They gave me a high price and then lowered it (to nearly the Complete price) when they learned that I would be (had) calling other contractors. Complete came out to my house to do the replacement. They came on time and completed the work in just over an hour. The service technician was personable, polite, responsive and knowledgeable. The technician had many years of experience and took pride in his work. We are pleased. If we have the misfortune of needing other auto glass replaced, we will call Complete without calling others for a competitive price.
