Quality of repair was excellent.

I have nothing but praise for the quality and timeliness of the work done on both occasions. Everyone there was responsive by phone and in person and they kept me informed of the progress of the project. Work was completed well within the time period quoted. Everything about the claim was handled by CARSTAR without any involvement from me after the initial report to the insurance company. Nothing but professionalism here and, although I hope I need no future work, I would not hesitate to return to this location.

My car has and gt;200k miles on it and needed front and rear end repairs done. I had taken my car to Carstar a couple of months ago and paid $75.00 to have them give me a list of repairs that needed to be done and the cost of all of them. I was able to speak directly to the mechanic and prioritize the repairs. The work was scheduled and completed when they said it would be. When the repairs were finished, I received a call about the findings and an assessment about a small leak I had asked them to check. Recommendations were made and I picked up the car. Later at home, I reviewed the paperwork and found a spec sheet had been included which gave all of the before and after alignment measurements. I was impressed to say the least. No other mechanic had given a detailed repair report to me. The cost of repairs was fair and didn't go over the estimate. Car repairs are always cause a dent in the budget, thus the rating I gave them. Not really their fault! I would highly recommend Carstar to anyone who is in need of an honest mechanic for their vehicle.

The work was good quality. I was able to pick up a cheap rental car at the shop to use for the duration of the repairs, which was only a day or so.
