"I would like to respond specifically to this review, but this owner is not in our system, nor is there a case resembling this one on the date mentioned. I try to do what's best for the pet without putting the pet through excessive procedures and the owner through unnecessary expense. I would suspect that this was the case for this pet. I care very much for my patients and am sad that they did not know that. It would have been great to have talked to them instead of responding this way. I am very reasonable and am told weekly that people appreciate my care and relatively low cost. The after hours call sounded like they got our message and the message goes on to say that if it is an emergency they should call the emergency clinic and a number is given. It is always upsetting when people are unhappy and I try to help people and their pets."
