Bethke has come through for me on multiple occasions. I am not one to write reviews but I just had to after they responded so quickly again. I know I can count on them.

Their quote was right in-line for the install and another person came back the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote for duct work. Everything could not have been better and I won't use anyone else. Timely, courteous and professional company.

They were great - from the time I called their answering service on Sunday afternoon to the technician they sent quickly who communicated with me (I was out of town). Highly recommend them.

All went well.

We have a standing contract. I'm not really sure if there was a charge, that's my husband's part. I assume the price is fair or my husband would not have them. There quality is good.

Amazing, would recommend this company to everyone.

It is not on warranty but I pay for both at the same time. There was one person who came to complete the work. The worker was fine. They left the area clean.

We have been using them for years and we are happy with them. We have an annual subscription kind of thing. It is about $220 a year to do both the air conditioning and the furnace including the humidifier, tune-up and everything.

Duke came out for the initial estimate. We discussed our existing exhaust fan which is mounted in the ceiling approximately a foot or so out from the range. Duke indicated that we would be able to use this existing ducting to install our new over-the-range hood. As requested by Bethke, we proceeded to have the electrical work for range hood hooked up. We also then purchased a range hood.

Jason and John came out for the install and explained that it would not be possible to use the existing ducting because it would have required cutting through a floor joist based on their visual assessment of the ceiling.  It would also be necessary to cut large holes into the drywall soffit above the cabinets in order to put new ducting in place. Because we had already invested time and money into selecting the range hood and installing wiring, we moved forward with the installation. 

Overall, we was very pleased with Jason and John's work - they were personable, thoughtful and professional. They even fixed a minor duct issue in our basement while they were there. However, we do wish we had gotten a more accurate estimate/review from Duke about the scope of the work required as it appeared to be an easily and quickly discovered issue for Jason and John. Though the added cost of fixing the drywall will not be significant, it is another contractor that we did not anticipate having to locate, vet and hire. Our current kitchen remodel is the result of a catastrophic water leak so we were less than thrilled to have created more work at the end of this large-scale, unanticipated project.

I want to love Bethke but every time I have used them, I've run into problems.  I've found it difficult to schedule and book my services (I understand that my job had less priority than houses that did not have heat...it's cold outside!).  I had requested a date on the calendar and after two weeks back of not hearing anything from them, I had to make a follow-up phone call.  

The service providers are great.  I've liked every person who has come to my home.  The people on the phone are great - they answer the phones promptly and provide great service.

But whenever Bethke comes, they leave the house messy.  I either need to wash the wood floors because they're tracking dirt in/out of the house, or I need to vacuum due to debris/insulation/etc.  In this particular case, I needed to do both.  It's not an easy job - entering someone's home and providing a service, and I understand that.  However, out of respect for the home and the homeowner, I think Bethke should always be wearing shoe covers when entering a home and vacuuming up after themselves.

They provide quality service, so I will continue to use them in the future.

Was able to receive a quote over the phone.  $200 set up and $15 per vent.  They fit me in the schedule within one week.  Service tech was here at 8am in the morning and done by 1pm.  I did have to vacuum after he left due to stuff he tracked in the house on his shoes and sawdust and dust residue by removing the vents.  Also, all my return vents are painted, so when he took them off the wall there was some paint that chipped.
