My first experience with Ace was many years ago when the wind blew some shingles loose from my roof. Ace was the first to respond, fixed the loose ones as well as some others they found that I didn't even notice. I asked what I owed, they said nothing. Just keep us in mind when you need a roof. And thank goodness I did! My roof, gutters and some fascia needed replacing. I also had a concern about the structure of my roof. Again, Ace was the first to respond! Out of all of the contractors I called for bids, Ace was the ONLY contractor that actually looked into my concern, and had a solution. I definitely accepted their proposal. When it was time to do the work, they not only did what they said they would do, they did more. There were issues found that they won't just work over. They do the job right the first time. My house looks AMAZING!!! Give these guys a call when you need exterior work done on your house. They don't just meet expectations, they EXCEED expectations.

It went very well. Chad Ace of Ace roofing gave the most thorough inspection of our church during the bidding process. The price was on the lower side while the materials were of equal quality and the guarantee was one of the better ones given. Our conversations with Chad were professional, not pushy or frivolous. Previously, we had some leaking as a result of a gutter overflowing. He suggested correcting the pitch of the gutter rather than adding another downspout since a downspout could be added later, for the same cost, if necessary. We appreciated this solution both aesthetically and financially.
The work was on schedule and spanned a weekend which meant we had services on Sunday in the middle of the project. But no one would know it because the clean-up was so complete.

The gave us a fair price. They're knowledgeable, nice, flexible, professional and good to work with. The crew is nice and they did a good job cleaning up the roof.

Very professional, on-time, did an excellent job, good communication about progress, got the work done quickly, and did everything they said that they would.

The man from Ace Roofing is very personable and he explains what needs to be done pretty well. But, I'm not really sure that he did the right thing. I can't really comment about the work, I mean, what they did looked to me to be okay. I had another person come and look over my yard recently and he said, "Never put stones up against the garage because it'll cause the wood to rot." So, I don't know if he did the right thing. That's the problem when you don't know too much about who you hire to do things for you. You trust that they know what they're doing. He has a very good reputation in this neighborhood. I am going to have someone else look at it. As far as I know, it was okay. I think the price was good. But I don't know if I'd recommend him as a roofer. He put up some rubber barriers and he was going to use some other material but he ended up using that. He said he used that on his own house and it worked great. Now, I've got a little problem with where the stones are because the rodents ate them. The barriers are kind of loose so they can go right through there. It probably wasn't a very good solution. I was recommending him because he had great recommendations in my neighborhood by another builder and has good ratings on Angie's List. People like if the person is very personable even if you don't know anything about how to evaluate the work. He's very responsive and professional. It wasn't a big job. I'd be much more careful to hire a contractor for a big job. I had to have it done because I had all this landscaping done.

Chad Ace was very responsive listened to my concerns and he will be taking care of the repairs when we set up a time. I have used him before for roofing and siding and he did an excellent job. Great company.

The guys came out when the said they would. It was a long day, but they got the job done all at once. New Roof and flashing look great, no gaps or wrinkles. They cleaned up after themselves well. Chad communicates well and follows up on site to make sure the work is right. Price was great. I will use them again when the rest of the roof needs to be done and I have recommended them to others.

Thier price was one of the two lowest. They used good materials and explained things fairly. Very interactive process from the estimate to work on site to followup. Good job all around. Would definitely use again.

They know what they are doing, and they can solve problems. If there is a problem or something, they know exactly what is causing it. They were one of two companies I found that could help me. I don't see them come in, so I don't know how their punctuality is. The price varies depending on the nature of the work. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went very well. Chad and Perry were both very easy to work with and helpful. They were very attentive and responsive during the entire process and did everything they said they would. Their follow through and follow up were great. The price was very competitive. Great job. Reliable and easy to work with.

They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. We have always had good service from them.
