It was a struggle trying to sell a condo in Greenfield.  Millie had the listing for several years.  This summer the market picked up & offers were made.  Millie convinced my mother to accept an offer that was well below what similar units were sold for in the same neighborhood.  The buyers were working with Millie so only one agent was involved. The buyers had an inspection completed - the report was very brief & lacked any useful details.  When Millie got the report she called my mother & told her that mold was discovered & that the electrical panel needed to be replaced.  She said the buyers wanted thousands of dollars in credits.  When I saw the report I realized Millie was lying.  There was no mention of mold.  The electrician that was called to inspect the panel told us that there was nothing wrong with it. In this situation Millie was clearly working for the buyers & NOT representing my mother's best interest.
