+ -1 moreThe line was frozen and that is why my mother was not getting water. He replaced everything in the pump house except the tank. He fixed everything and completed the job. My mother was still not able to get water, and the line was still frozen. He did everything but what he was hired to do and he wanted to charge me more to come back out and do what he should have done in the first place.
Description of Work: He was supposed to get water at my moms house from a pump house in her yard to the house.
