He specializes in old homes. That is what he does. You can't get a better person for the kind of stuff he does. We have been using him for 15 years; on and off. He is our neighbor and so some people in our neighborhood had used him and when we moved here, we said, 'We need some work, who do you recommend?'. They said, 'John, there is only one we would recommend'. He has done many things for us over the 15 years. Hopefully we are going to get him back for more other stuff this year but he keeps threatening to retire so I don't know.
