It went very smoothly.  Never had any sort of problem with SNE Construction at all.  Everything was done very professional and in a caring manner and the only way that you knew something was being done to our home was if you saw their trailer that was left here at the job site.  Everything they took down from the old shingles, down to the nails, etc. was picked up and they made sure that they didn't leave anything from the old roof tear-off anywhere around our home.  We are very glad that we had the new metal roof done because Eric said that the shingles were blistering and would soon have had leakage from the roof.

Well to start I put an ad on craigslist, which maybe wasn't a very good idea come to find out.  So I got a few emails and an approx. estimates when I sent a pic and a layout drawing of the bathroom. M&A came in at the lowest and got back to me the fastest with everything. So I had him come out and give me a better estimate and it seemed to all be going good. Well he said he could get it all done by the end of January and he would start jan 20th which was like 2 weeks away from the estimate date. to be exact the estimate day was on jan 8 the start day was suppose to be jan 22 and 9am. well the day didn't happened he said he found a crack in the tub but the drain and he had to contact the supplier for another the day before coming, and that it would be a couple days. well couple days went but and he called me and said he was gonna go get the tub the next day and would then start. well the next day went by and he didn't come and then the next day went by and he came at 1pm instead of the 9am start he put in the bid. well he wrked like3 to 4hrs and then left. and well everything seemed to be going good the demo went fast and well he did stuff I wouldn't have done. also this is my only bathroom so I wanted it to wrk everyday. well anyone there was couple days I could shower for ( I have a dirty job fyi) so wasn't happy he didn't get it working before he left. so the job moves on its heading a couple days before the end of the month and well the way the drywall was turning out I got scared and told him that stuff (the old plaster and drywall) wasn't lining up and I had no idea how he would get it to line up and that there were gaps everywhere and he was like he get it and that some of it is cause its and old house. well he kept saying he was gonna finish and well he doesn't by the end of the month. so last nite I called him and told him I wasn't happy how he was mudding and that it didn't even look like he was sanding it or making it smooth at each joint. looked horribly lumping and rough. and that there were gaps everywhere and didn't look professional at all. looked like he gave a 8yr old some mudd to throw on the wall. well he came over today and touched it up made it look a lil better but still looked like h***. In the bid I had him installing a couple windows upstairs and in the bathroom we had removed a door and in the hallway were the door was removed from it the drywall still mudded and not smoothened or looking good at all. he said he wasn't gonna do the windows or the hallway cause I didn't like the job he was doing. also to include I had him replace the window in the bathroom. well he trimmed around the window but outside he left expose wood and expansion foam all around it and didn't clean it up. let alone the whole job I had to clean up after him when he left. well to end
