Encompass Builders were very sleek and worked well with our insurance company. They discovered that the windows had sustained hail damage, which we were not aware of. Every window had some kind of hail damage. They then helped us with the insurance company. We didn't want the same brand of windows put in, but they found us another quality window for the same price. They seemed to have really good rapport with the window companies. I am recommending the crew that I got and the sales rep that I got. I don't know how the rest of their company is, but we had good service from our workers.
