General Remodeling
In both cases, but especially the new closet entrance, the drywall ceiling work was very complicated; so much so that the previous carpenters told us removing and reinforcing the floor area could not be done right. Frank not only did it, but after painting the drywall, you can not tell the new from the old. He also repaired the wooden floor where the bedroom wall had been and again you cannot tell the difference from what was there and what was added. He is the best drywaller we have ever seen, and we have moved a lot and hired many subcontractors over the last 47 years we've been married. He is an excellent structural engineer and door installed. He is about 10% more expensive that other bidders, but is absolutely worth every penny of it.
