Roofing
The work took much longer than originally quoted but that was because it was not known at the time there were wood shakes under the layer of shingles and the weather was not always behaving. The owner knows what he is doing and is very very good at what he does. I was a little dissappointed that he was not at the job all the time when his workers were there to manage them. Overall the job was a good job. Once the job was done, I had to point out defects to correct and the original price quote was increased by $1,500. (Due to the additional labor to remove the wood shakes)
