Home Inspection
Brede was great to work with on the phone, easy to communicate with. He set up the inspection date, saving me the frustration of dealing with the realtors.
He kept me updated during the scheduling phase. Showed up on time for the inspection. Was easy to talk to, and fun to listen to. Did a great job going over the house, and communicating to us what he was seeing.
The written report we got was through, easy to read and electronic so it was easy to forward it to other parties that needed a copy.
I had called a few other inspectors in the area, and am really glad I went with Brede, even though he was 50.00 more then some of the others.
