We have been using Bob's for close to 2 years and have been nothing but pleased with their service. Kirk is always friendly when we call to make an appointment, drop off or pick up. They explain their estimates thoroughly and have never pressured us to get work done. They make good, solid recommendations for future work and answer all our questions. The work is always well done with no problems.
