Belle City Resale LLC

The owner of this company is a con artist. She was hired to sell the furniture and household goods of a family member’s estate. We wanted to hold an estate sale, but she convinced us that it would be more profitable if she sold the items through other venues. The contract stated that all sales were to be completed within three months and any unsold goods would be returned. After almost a year of one excuse after another, she said she was only able to sell a few things (which we did receive a check for) and had donated all of the remaining items to Goodwill. She provided us with a generic Goodwill receipt that listed items, such as clothing, that had not even been among the items she had taken. Her process provides absolutely no protection for the client. There is no way to know what items were sold and at what price.

They have quality merchandise which is very tastfully arranged.  The store is very clean with easy access.  The prices are very reasonable and they offer a delivery service.
