Description of Work: Removed an old antenna from our 40 ft tower - and installed a new HDTV antenna. The 2-man team spent a lot of time (3 hrs) checking signal strengths and optimizing the number of channels we could receive. In the end, we have over 60-channels (from both Chicago and Milwaukee). Very pleased with their service.

 + -1 moreThe owner operated his business out of his van and his garage which was a barn with no heat. He told me one of the items he was selling me was used and that's why it was cracked. He offered it to me at $50, half price. Two days later I found the exact item at Radio Shack brand new for $59.00. He sold me an antenna that was suppose to be new and I discovered upon looking at it at home in the light that it was bent. After leaving 4 messages to the owner that I wanted to return some of the products because they were broke and I didn't need them, he ignored my calls and never contacted me. I have yet to make any contact with the owner.
Description of Work: The owner sold me equipment that was broke. One item he did inform me it was used and I'd get a special price of $50. Two days later I saw the same item, brand new at Radio Shack for $59.00. He sold me two pieces of equipment that I didn't know I already had.
