 + -1 moreHe never got the appropriate approvals to do the work. He has over 25 charges against him of stealing other peoples money and not completing the work. He stole over $30K from us. He know he was over his head He also left our home at risk and in Nov left all of our foundations exposed and left our 3 season porch unsupported. We had to pay $3000 to mudjackers to come out to the home and remediate the damages. After numerous attempts to reach him, we filed a civil suit against him. We won the suit, and currently have a ruling of over $85K in uncompleted work, lawyers fees and home damages. DO NOT USE HIM -
