When I first noticed the flooring coming up, I took out the broken tile and noticed pooling water. I called Chuck and he walked me through 3 or 4 "easy" fixes. When none of those suggestions were able to fix the problem, we scheduled a visit. Chuck came over and was able to find the leak almost immediately. He went to the hardware store to pick up parts that he needed, came back fixed the leak, and cleaned up the mess. He explained each step he was doing in layman terms and made me very comfortable. He probably spent 2-3 hours overall with this issue but only charged me for a 1 hour service call. I will definitely use him again in the future.
