Very professional and helpful. Found that the heat exchanger was cracked and recommended replacement of furnace. Leclair brothers was the original installer and has always provided service for cleaning and inspection. Due to the age of the old unit, the energy efficiency didn't compare to the newer units available. So we decided to replace and upgrade the furnace. Leclair brothers was willing to negotiate price.
