Made an appointment. No one showed. I called to follow up. That phone call was never returned. No one has ever shown up at my home either. Received phone call at 7:45 PM 6/28. Owner made lots of excuses and said he had only received yesterday's message 10 minutes ago. Said he was now in the vicinity and could stop by in about 10 - 15 minutes. Continued to make excuses of how busy he was and only briefly apologized for now showing up or returning the phone call sooner. I told him in the interim I had hired someone else and the job was completed.
Description of Work: I called this company on Friday, 6/24 and left a voice mail message requesting someone to visit my home and assess a roof or chimney leak problem, and to give me an estimate for the repair. The call was returned and an appointment was set for 9:30 AM Monday, 6/27. No one ever showed up. I called the business at 12:30 PM and left a message requesting a phone call and explanation for the no-show. That call has never been returned and no one has ever come to my home yet either.
