Did not receive an invoice paid statement after requesting one. After requesting one a second time, I have now received it. I felt this was not typical as a paid invoice statement is almost always automatic after making immediate payment in full. I did not receive the paid invoice statement by email until a week after making the full payment. After the job was complete, clean up was average at best and the end cap was not properly installed. A big gap was left between the end cap and house siding.
