wasn't working correctly. We asked Derek to fix it. He was supposed to
get back to us in 7-10 days, but we ended up calling him when we hadn't
heard from him in 3 weeks. He explained he had been busy, and promised
to get right on it. Again, it took him several weeks longer than he had
promised. When we finally got the computer, it was missing one of the
components we had asked him to install. He did give that to us, without
an additional charge. But it took 2 months to get something fixed that
should have taken 2 weeks.
