One good things is the receptionist who schedules the appointments. The receptionist was at least able to have the plumber give a 20 minutes heads up before arriving. The bad part is having a 7-hour window for the plumber to show up. The plumber I would not recommend. Once he got the old toilet off, I asked if he was going to replace the wax, which the toilet sits on. He took that to mean I was telling him to do his job and yanked the wax off. He said that for my situation I should have two but since I want to tell him how to do his job, now I will only have one and he can't put it back on. I've never seen a plumber who can't handle simple questions. He also wore shoes on my carpet. I've had 5 plumbers in my home recently. All have been competent and polite. But this plumber shouldn't be allowed in anyone's home.
