The mechanics at Lake's are honest, trustworthy and professional. They have consistently done quality work, and if they could not fix something, they made referrals (for example, when replacing a transmission on a Honda van). When diagnosing problems, they are honest about what needs to be fixed and never add on extra things just to make more money. They have towed our van and were timely and helpful in the process. I trust that if things go wrong with any of our vehicles, we have honest mechanics to help us out.
