This past winter my wife noticed frost on the inside of our house ceiling. It turns out the original contractor only stuffed insulation under the proper vents, but it's really windy by my house and the insulation blew out. The wind blew the insulation back, and I had condensation on my ceiling, which led to mold (ON A 3-YEAR OLD HOUSE!!) The contractor was there when he said he would be, he gave me several options on how the repairs could be completed (with corresponding price points), and the job was completed promptly without disruption. When he finished, he even went home to get his camera, went up into my attic and took digital pictures to show me the changes.
