Total Renovation

The project took 10 days, on time. The shower turned out beautiful, we absolutely love it! The team was great, the tile installer, Kevin, was exceptional! We are so pleased, we have Ken from Total Renovation on our calendar for next year, at the end of January, for an estimate on our kitchen.

Everything looked good, but the flooring in the basement bathroom started to bulge and the door started to stick once temperatures warmed up in the summer. (We do have a dehumidifier.) Contacted 3 to 5 times to have him look at the floor issue but it never ended up happening. We have gaven up and decided to live with it the way it is. I would have been completely satisfied with the work if we could have gotten the floor issue resolved and fixed the sticky door. Responsiveness was probably no worse than the average contractor, maybe better, but still have to give a "D".

He was here early and finished the job in excellent time. He had the supplies needed to work with him. He was just wonderful!

Ken was great. The work was done efficiently and effectively. We have called him to do another small job for us!

The work started with removing a porch ( done in 6 hours) including cleanup. Excavating was next, company recommended by Ken, Great Job! including cleanup. Next were the footiings, walls and floor for the 4 ft craw space. Great work again. Company hired by Ken. The work proceeded rapidly. All of the other trades people were hired by Ken subject to our approval, This man surrondes himself with skilled tradesman and will accept nothing less then perfect work from them. And himself ! The work day always ended with a good clean up and sweep down of the project area. Do you see a pattern here? We asked for several add on items during the project, all were answered the same, " sure we can can do that". This is a skilled craftman with a can do attitude.
