+ -1 moreLawsuit fixed roof 6x30 contrete deck, side, walk in leakage in upstairs- nothing for windows/sliding glass door. Many other small problems. Some fixed some not.
Description of Work: Built new home- failures began after 1st 3 month fans under sized- window froze off- deck wasn't draining back to house- windows froze up 21 out of 31. Sliding glass door failed- building inspection found pages of poor work.
