This company was late arriving everyday and left early everyday except for the final day- they stayed to complete the whole job. They did not seem to know what work they were to be doing at our home. All of their work is very messy. They got foam insulation ALL OVER- on some clothing, bedding, stereo equipment, also on several new appliances- this insulation does not come off! They should have covered everything! The only thing they told me to do was to move everything away from the walls so that they could get riht up to the walls. The caulk that they applied around the windows was not applied as it should be in a neat strip- it is smeared all over EVERY window frame. The worker that had the task of doing the foam insulation complained to myself and my son about having to do the application of it. The entire job took double the time that they said it would for them to complete it. We were supposed to have been contacted by the company to have several windows re-caulked as they used white caulk on some windows and some caulk that was supposed to be clear on 2 windows, the caulk that was supposed to be 'clear' was 'yellowed' when they applied it. The workers were not polite at all- actually they were rather rude and seemed very, very unhappy about the job they were doing. It made me very uncomfortable. My husband and I are extremely unhappy with the work that was done by this company. We are greatful for the windows but these people are being paid regardless of it being a job for the Housing Authority...
