Home Building
Never really came back with a final proposal. Prices went up three times significantly. Never talked about change orders. The price came in $60,000 over what it was supposed to be. The original price was $116,000 and now he wants $176,000. He also never paid the subcontractors, which he was supposed to. I also found that he doesn't carry an active license.
